“I’m very happy with this win. I was a bit nervous at first but the wind was very cooperative that i was able manage my move,” pahayag ng 17-anyos na si Tio.

“It was really my mom who got me into Kite Boarding. It was just a hobby then but when i started competing i begun to love the sports,” aniya.

“I really want to encourage everyone to try this sports. We are going to tour around the Philippines to promote Kite Boarding and show everyone how exciting this sports is,” pahayag ni Tio.
