Umapela si Samar Rep. Edgar Mary Sarmiento sa Department of Transportation (DOTr) na bilisan ang pagpapabuti sa 20 operational trains ng Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) dahil nalalapit na ang Pasko.
Aniya, titindi ang trapiko sa EDSA at sa maraming lugar sa Metro Manila mula Nobyembre hanggang Disyembre dahil sa Kapaskuhan.
“We expect traffic to really get worse as we approach the Christmas season so the government should really step up efforts to increase the capacity of its trains especially the MRT 3,” ani Sarmiento.
