Lahat ng naghahangad ng kapayapaan at kaunlaran sa Mindanao ay makikinabang sa Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL), at hindi ang ilang sektor o grupo lamang, ayon kay Presidential Peace Adviser Jesus Dureza.

“This (BOL) is not only for the Moro National Liberation Front, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, and the Bangsamoro people but for all,” sinabi ni Dureza sa daan-daang residente na nagtipon sa Cotabato para sa 55th anniversary celebration ng Municipality of Magpet nitong Linggo.

“There must be inclusivity, not exclusivity,” aniya, binigyang-diin ang katotohanan na ang makasaysayang batas, nilagdaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte noong Hulyo 27, ay kinikilala ang diversity at ethnicity ng mamamayan ng Mindanao, lalo na ang mga katutubo o indigenous peoples (IPs).

“We really need to give attention to our Lumads. Each (tribal) group has its own perspective and concerns,” aniya, binanggit na ang 29 na barangay ng Magpet ay mayroong mga Lumad sa kani-kanilang populasyon.

“In our work for peace, we need to give importance to all (stakeholders),” dugtong niya.
