Nanawagan si House Committee on Appropriations chairman at Davao City Congressman Karlo Nograles sa mga paaralang saklaw ng free college tuition initiative ng gobyerno na i-post sa kani-kanislang paaralan ang mga alituntunin o program guidelines.
Aniya, makatutulong ang paglalagay ng kaukulang impormasyon at mga alituntunin upang masiguro na hindi magkakaproblema ang implementasyon ng programa hinggil sa libreng matrikula na magsisimula sa pasukan ngayong taon.
“What we want is proper compliance with the requirements among the beneficiary-students. The participating State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs) must do everything to guarantee that all the relevant information is passed on to the target beneficiaries,” apela nito.
Ipatutupad ngayong school year 2018-2019 ang free college tuition program sa ilalim ng Republic Act (RA) 10931 (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act).
