Batay sa kasunduan, binigyan ng ESPN ang TV5 nang mahigit 2,500 oras para sa karagdagang programming. Gagabayan din nila ang pagbuo ng Philippine edition ng iconic ‘SportsCenter’.

Bukod sa regular coverage ng PBA, FIBA, Gilas Pilipinas, UFC at PSL, ipalalabas din sa ESPN 5 ang mahigit 70 laro ng National Football League, kabilang ang pamosong ‘Monday Night’, ‘Sunday Night’ at playoff games. Nakalinya rin ang NBA at Super Bowl.
