“Our officers will implement strict departure protocols, 'yung kailangan ng travel authority from their department, mga ganung requirement," giit ni Mangrobang.

Nitong Martes, tinukoy ni Duterte sina retired PNP Deputy Director General Marcelo Garbo Jr., dating National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Director Joel Pagdilao, dating Western Visayas Regional Police Office director Bernardo Diaz, dating Quezon City Police District director Chief Supt. Edgardo Tinio at retired Chief Supt.

“The Immigration officer would ask for a travel authority, to also refer to the supervisor na this person has appeared.

“The immigration personnel would also be tasked to check his ticket just to ascertain actual destination and the date of return to the Philippines. For information lang because as of this time we have not received any other orders from any other office to prevent the departure,” dagdag ng opisyal. (PNA)
