Pero nitong nakaraang Linggo, Marso 6 ay nag-post si Kris sa kanyang Instagram ng, “My BP Thu night to Sat night was elevated, sadly when I have a heavy workload for 3-4 straight days, even on maintenance, it spikes; normalized today because I had complete bed rest yesterday.
“Went to 1st Friday Mass with Ate (Ballsy), updated & consulted this weekend with all my siblings regarding my health issues because they worry about their bunso. We consulted with my team of doctors on what I should do for long term wellness.
“(Our dad had his heart attack when he was 47 years old, I’m now 45 & the only one in our family with hypertension).
I obeyed Viel & after a high fiber brunch, I did 40 minutes on my elliptical (she sent me several heart health articles). I’ll keep you #MyIGBarkada posted because I need to make some important life choices in the next few days.
“I am the girl who has passionately loved & prioritized my work, and these decisions aren’t easy that’s why I’m praying fervently for God’s loving guidance. My 2 boys need a healthy mom & that is my primary, long-term goal. A healthy Sunday to all.”
Napakaraming followers kaagad ni Kris ang nagbigay ng positive views at advise kung ano ang dapat niyang gawin, kainin at kung anu-ano pang makabubuti sa kanya.
Kahapon, ito naman ang post ng Queen of All Media:
“My BP was still elevated last night- I got a restful 10 hours of sleep, had a healthy lunch (tinola with a lot of malunggay + dahon ng sili & brown rice), then did 45 mins on my elliptical. I took my BP after cool down, yehey good BP. I’m taking care of ME for Kuya & Bimb & to not add to the stress of my siblings, most especially my brother (he has enough problems, worrying about the bunso’s health shouldn’t be an added one) -- they check on me everyday, their loving concern is all the motivation I need to prioritize long term good health. I’ve been on maintenance (low dosage of Losartan potassium & Amlodipine besilate) for 6 months BUT apart from our time in Hawaii, it’s only now that I’m doing regular exercise. For all moms, sisters, all who love their families -- I hope my wellness journey will encourage you. #HeartHealth #Love ❤❤❤.” (REGGEE BONOAN)
