PINAGBABAYAD ng korte sa Seoul ang K-pop rock band na CNBlue at ang kanilang agency ng 15 million won (P597,000) sa isang indie band dahil sa copyright violation.

May pananagutan, ayon sa Seoul Central District Court, ang CNBlue at FNC Entertainment sa paggamit sa awitin ng Crying Nut na may pamagat na Deathblow Off-Side sa TV show na M Countdown noong Hunyo 2010 nang walang permiso.

Mapapanood din sa DVD ang kanilang pagtatanghal gamit ang nasabing awitin sa Japan.

Taong 2013 nang naghain ang Crying Nut ng 40 million won (P1.59 million) lawsuit laban sa CNBlue at FNC sa paggamit ng awitin na hindi man lang nagpapaalam.
