Mag-iimbestiga ang Kamara tungkol sa umano’y pagiging inutil ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) sa paghawak ng relief operations.
Hiniling nina Reps. Emmi A. De Jesus at Luzviminda C. Ilagan (Party-list, Gabriela) na siyasatin ang mga iniulat na insidente ng pagkasira, pagtatapon at pagbabaon sa mga relief item na dapat ay mapunta sa mga biktima ng bagyo.
“It is cruelty because dumping rice and relief goods show a deliberate act of depriving the typhoon victims of relief from the government.
