“He will not fight Pacquiao. I don’t want to see him in that fight,” ani Beristain na mas gustong iharap ang alagang boksingero kay IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook ng Great Britain.

“[Right now] Juan Manuel is resting, enjoying his sports cars but I think in a couple of weeks he’ll be back [in the gym],” dagdag ng Hall of Fame trainer. “Next year, we are going to try for the English fighter who is welterweight champion, and then we’ll win the title.”

“I don’t know, that would be up to Juan Manuel. Obviously, that’s his decision, but he would like to come back sometime early next year. There are a lot of fighters out there for him,” giit ni Beltran. “But he would like to fight the IBF champion, Kell Brook. Or another good fight for him would be the rematch with Timothy Bradley. We think that would be a good fight.”
