“PGEN NICOLAS DELOSO TORRE III 0-06117, PHAU, DPRM, Account Nr T459065, is optionally retired from the PNP service effective December 26, 2025 with 5 L/P and retirement benefits equivalent to his present rank as approved by the NAPOLCOM Resolution No. 2026-0029 dated January 19, 2026 pursuant to Section 40 of R.A. No. 6975 in relation to Section 34 of R.A. No. 8551,” mababasa sa nasabing dokumento.
