Hindi napigilan ng Kapamilya actress na si Bela Padilla na hindi magbigay ng reaksiyon at saloobin hinggil sa naging pagsisiwalat ni dating Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) District Engr. Brice Hernandez, na hindi lamang flood control projects ang substandard kundi maging ang iba pang mga proyekto gaya ng mga silid-aralan, ospital, tulay, kalsada, at iba pa.
Nangyari ito sa pagdinig ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee kaugnay pa rin ng maanomalyang flood control projects noong Martes, Setyembre 23.
Nag-react si Bela sa naging Instagram post ni Sen. Bam Aquino na isa sa mga kumuwestyon kay Hernandez sa nabanggit na pagdinig.
"Pati mga estudyante ay pinagnakawan. Hindi lang sa flood control projects, maging mga silid-aralan, pinagkakitaan," caption ni Aquino matapos niyang ibahagi ang isang video clip mula sa nabanggit na hearing.

Ibinahagi naman ni Padilla sa kaniyang Instagram story ang screenshot nito.
"Literally walang hiya," mababasa sa text caption ng kaniyang Instagram story.
"Cause if you had any shame in your bones, you wouldn't be where you are today. You would've quit your job, thinking that people's lives could be at risk. And you would've informed people of what was happening. But no, you went to casinos and spent our money, and slept well at night in your boujie homes. Disgusting behavior."
Dagdag pa ni Bela, "The fact that you can say that these projects are substandard so callously should already warrant your rotting in jail."
"May you never sleep well again, Mr. Hernandez. May the faces of the people you've inconvenienced and harmed haunt you forever," aniya pa.
