Pinatawan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. ng 90 days suspension si Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner Aldrin Darilag dahil sa reklamong administratibo.
Kabilang sa kasong kinakaharap ni Darilag ang grave misconduct, neglect in the performance of duty, at abuse of authority.
Paglilinaw ng CHED, inilabas ng Office of the President ang suspensyon dahil presidential appointee si Darilag.

Inatasan na rin ng Office of the President (OP) ang CHED na magsagawang fact-finding investigation upang madetermina kung dapat na kasuhan sa korte si Darilag.
“This preventive suspension is imposed so that Commissioner Darilag cannot use his office and position to influence the investigation and due process can be observed in the process,” pagbibigay-diin ni CHED chairman Prospero De Vera III.
