Si Antonio, ang 13-time Philippine Open champion ay makikipagtagisan ng talino sa 25 boards simultaneous chess exhibition sa 1-day event na inorganisa ng Cavite Pawnstorm Chess Club at suportado nina Noveleta Mayor Dino Chua, Cavite City Vice Mayor Denver Chua at Cavite Board Member Davey Chua.

“Cavite Pawnstorm Chess Club was founded by a group of passionate chess players headed by Mr. Sonny Ilustre and Mr. Amelito Reyes to promote the game of chess to the grassroots level,” sabi ni Fide national arbiters Byron Villar.

“This will be a great opportunity for Caviteño, even young players, to play with GM Antonio,” sabi ni Mr. Amelito Reyes. “This event is for a good cause. Let’s join hands for this,” ani Reyes.

Isang simultaneous Non-Master 2200 and below rapid chess tournament ang isasagawa sa nasabing petsa na ipapatupad ang seven-round Swiss System na may 15-minute time control format.

Sina Fide national arbiters Byron Villar at Israel Landicho ng Chess Arbiter Union of the Philippines (CAUP) ang mangangasiwa ng nasabing National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) sanctioned tournament.
