Ang Oktober Bikfest Year 3 na binubuo ng cycling team time trial at Fun Bike ay magsisimula sa Kapitolyo nbg Cavite sa Trece Martirez.
Tatanggap ng tropeo at medalya, mula sa pagtataguyod ni Cavite Gov. Jonvic Remulla ang mga magwawagi at top 10 finishers sa kani-kanilang division.

Kabalikat din sa karera ang Robinson’s Galeria Tagaytay, Office of the Governor of Cavite, REBOUND, Mineral water all Cycling Clubs, Green Planet, IQUOR, Indang Cavite Bikers, Tanza Officials, Excellent Noodles Boy Kanin ,Pacific Eye center, Gana Optical , Dasmarinas Officials,Vivo ,TJ Hotdogs at PHilmarie Air-conditioning.
Sa Team Time Trial, naghihintay ang cash prizes na P10,000 para sa kampeon at P5,000 at P3,000 sa runner-up.
