Tatlong opisyal naman ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang isinangkot sa pagdukot at pagpatay sa Koreanong si Jee Ick-joo.
Sa supplemental complaint na inihain ng PNP-Anti-Kidnapping Group (PNP-AKG) sa Department of Justice (DoJ), kabilang sa mga isinangkot sa kaso sina NBI Director Ricardo Diaz, Deputy Director Jose Yap, at Roel Bolivar.
Isinangkot din sa kaso si Supt. Rafael Dumlao III, ng dating PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Group (PNP-AIDG); ang NBI "striker" na si Jerry Omlang; ang may-ari ng Gream Funeral Services na si Gerardo Santiago; ang live-in-partner ni Santiago na si Epephany Gotera; at ang mga empleyado ng Gream na sina Teodolito Macato Tarepe, Kevin Enriquez, Robert John Tobias, at Bernardo Maraya, Jr.
"In his submitted statement, PSupt. Rafael P. Dumlao III named respondents Director, RD Ric Diaz, Deputy Yap and Narcotics Bolivar, all of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and narrated their direct participation in these complaints," ayon sa supplemental complaint ng PNP-AKG.

Sa kautusan ni NBI Director Dante Gierran, na may petsang Pebrero 2, ipinasibak si Diaz bilang regional director ng NBI-National Capital Region (NBI-NCR) at itinalaga sa Regional Operations Service; ipinatanggal naman si Yap bilang deputy director ng Investigative Services at itinalagang OIC ng Information and Communications Technology Division (ICTD); at pinalitan si Bolivar bilang head ng NBI Task Force Against Illegal Drugs at inilagay sa Office of the Director ng NBI.
Dahil sa mga bagong pangalan na isinasangkot sa kaso, aabot na sa 14 ang suspek na kinabibilangan din ni Ramon Yalung at ng PNP-AIDG members na sina SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel at SPO4 Roy Villegas.
Sa nabanggit na reklamo, inirekomenda ng PNP-AKG sa DoJ na kasuhan ang lahat ng suspek ng kidnapping at serious illegal detention with homicide, robbery, carnapping, falsification of public document, at obstruction of justice.
