Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte bilang Assistant Secretary ng Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD) ang anak ni dating Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Anacleto Badoy.
Inihayag ni DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo ang appointment ni Dr. Lorraine Marie Badoy.
“I am happy to confirm the news that Dr. Lorraine Badoy is joining the DSWD as Assistant Secretary. For now, she will be focal person of the Office of the Secretary in implementing the medicine assistance to drug dependents undergoing rehabilitation. President Duterte has allocated P1 billion for this,” pahayag ni Taguiwalo.
