Hinimok ni Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz ang mga employer sa bansa na ipagpatuloy ang kanilang pakikipagtulungan sa pagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho, dahil may mahigit 40 job fair na idaraos sa bansa hanggang sa Disyembre ng taong ito.
“The year 2015 is almost over, but we in the DoLE are keen to really open up more opportunities to job seekers, hence our job fairs will continue to be conducted until the close of the year,” anang kalihim.
Ayon kay Baldoz, ang network ng bansa na mga lokal na pamahalaan at Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs), sa ilalim ng pamamahala ng Bureau of Local Employment, katuwang ang mga regional office ng DoLE, ang mangangasiwa sa mga idaraos na job fair.
“We are constantly promoting better coordination between employers, the academe, and the government to strengthen cooperation so that the opportunities in the job fairs will be accessible to jobseekers in major cities, municipalities, and even in the barangays,” dagdag pa ng kalihim.
