UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – Hindi nagawang pigilan ng mga awtoridad sa Libya ang ilegal na kalakalan ng langis at paglalabas-pasok ng mga armas sa bansa. Dahil dito kinakailangan nila ang international maritime force upang matulungan sila, ayon sa ulat ng United Nations sanctions monitors.
“The capacity of Libya to physically prevent (arms) transfers is almost nonexistent and there is no authorization to enforce the arms embargo on the high seas or in the air as there were during the 2011 revolution,” ayon sa ulat.
