Sa pakikiisa at malasakit ng mga foodpanda employees at riders, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Philippine Army, at local government units, naipamahagi ng foodpanda, sa pamamagitan ng ‘shops’ ang mga grocery packages na naglalaman ng premium quality rice, canned goods, instant coffee, instant noodles, at cooking oil para sa mga frontliners. Kabilang sa nabigyan ng ayuda yaong mga miyembro ng emergency team responders, quarantine center personnel, garbage collectors, at street sweepers.
Sa mga nakalipas na araw, naiparating din ng foodpanda ang tulong sa mga healthcare institutions sa kasagsagan enhanced community quarantine at ngayong napapaluwag na ang COVID-19 restriction, tuloy ang arangakada ng food delivery service upang matugunan ang pangangailangan ng pamilyang Pinoy.
