NASAAN na si Nicko Falcis II? Nandito pa ba siya sa bansa? Bakit hindi niya sinipot ang hearing ng credit card fraud niya sa Taguig Regional Trial Court (RTC) at estafa sa Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) nitong Miyerkules?Base ito sa video post ni Atty. Enrique de la Cruz, senior partner ng Divina Law Office at spokesperson ni Kris Aquino sa lahat ng kaso niya kay Nicko.

“Ang update po para sa inyo ay mayroong dalawang kasong criminal cases filed against Mr. Nicko Falcis kung saan merong standing warrants of arrest against him.

“Una ay para sa kasong credit card fraud sa RTC ng Taguig at isa naman para sa estafa sa Metropolitan Trial Court also in Taguig.

“Nag-file for motion for reinvestigation sa parehong kaso si Mr. Nicko Falcis ang hearing po ay today pero hindi rin po siya um-attend hindi rin po nagpakita sa korte. Kaya po sa MTC sabi ng korte, denied ang kanyang kahilingan ng reinvestigation.

“Kailangang sumuko muna siya at magpiyansa, at napakadali lang naman po magpiyansa (dahil) bailable po pareho ang offenses. So, hinihintay po natin ang kanyang pagpiyansa.”

Nagpalabas naman ng press statement ang Fortun Narvasa Salazar law office nitong Miyerkules ng gabi:

“As of today, March 20, 2019, we have confirmed that two (2) warrants of arrest have been issued against Nicardo Falcis y Madarang, alias ‘Nicko,’ one by Branch 70 of the Taguig Regional Trial Court (RTC) for violation of Republic Act No. 8498, and another by Branch 117 of the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court (MeTC) for estafa.”

“A hearing was scheduled today at Taguig RTC 70 upon motion of Falcis’ counsel asking for reliefs from the court. However, when the case was called for hearing, Falcis was notably absent and was only represented by his counsel.

“In both cases, no bail has been posted as of date. Falcis remains at large and continues to defy court orders for him to surrender.

“If you have any informations on Falcis’s whereabouts, please contact any officer of the law or contact our office.”

Miyerkules din nang nag-post si Kris ng kanyang saloobin tungkol sa kaso.
