Hiniling ng Office of Special Prosecutor (OSP) ng Ombudsman sa 5th Division ng Sandiganbayan na hatulan at ikulong na si Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos sa kasong 10 counts ng graft matapos ang 26-taong paglilitis kaugnay sa umano’y financial interest nito sa mga Swiss foundation noong siya ay assemblywoman at gobernador ng Metro Manila.
Sa 28-pahinang memorandum, idiniin ng prosekusyon na paglabag sa 1973 Constitution ang partisipasyon ni Marcos at pecuniary interests nito sa mga non-government organizations sa Switzerland, mula 1978 hanggang 1984.
