Kinilala ni Police Regional Office (PRO)-13 director Chief Supt. Rolando B. Felix ang nadakip na si Sherwin C. Ostan, 38, pastor ng Power of Faith Ministries Christian Outreach, Inc., at taga-Bgy. Consuelo, Bunawan.
Inaresto si Ostan sa bisa ng arrest warrant sa kasong serious physical injuries, ayon kay Chief Supt. Felix.
