Magiging mas mabilis at mas maayos na ang papasok ng investors sa renewable energy industry matapos aprubahan ng Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) ang Renewable Energy Payment at Supply Agreement templates.
Sa resolution na inilabas ng ERC, produkto ng masusing pag-aaral at paninimbang mula sa pananaw at posisyon ng iba’t ibang stakeholder ng power industry ang naturang desisyon.
“After carefull consideration of the comments submitted by interested parties, the ERC dees it appropriate to adopt and implement the REPA and RESA templates,” banggit ng Commission.
Idinagdag ng ERC na ang desisyon ay base sa patakaran at panuntunan sa pagkolekta ng Feed-in-Tariff Allowance at Disbursement ng FIT-All Fund, alinsunod sa kasunduan ng RE producer at Distribution Utility.

“The templates shall be prescribed by the ERC after due procedings,” banggit pa resolution.
Naunang itinakda ng ERCsa bisa ng resolution noong Hulyo 12, 2010, angpatakaran at panuntunan sa Feed-in-Tariff.
