Kinansela na ng Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) ang inilabas nilang tsunami warning nitong Miyerkules ng umaga, Hulyo 30, bunsod ng magnitude 8.7 na lindol na tumama sa bansang Russia.

"Based on available data from our sea level monitoring stations facing the Philippine Sea, no significant sea level disturbances nor destructive tsunami waves have been recorded since the 07:25 AM earthquake until this cancellation," saad ng Phivolcs nitong Miyerkules ng hapon. 

"With this, any effects due to minor sea level disturbances have largely passed, and therefore, DOST-PHIVOLCS has now cancelled the recommendations issued for this event," dagdag pa nila.

Tumama ang magnitude 8.7 na lindol sa East Coast ng Kamchatka, Russia, dahilan upang maglabas ng tsunami warning ang ahensya at hindi pinapayagan ang mga Pinoy na magtungo malapit sa dagat sa mga sumusunod na lugar:
