Nasa 70% na ang completion rate ng Metro Rail Transit Line 7 (MRT-7), ito ay batay sa ulat ng Department of Transportation (DOTr).

Ayon sa DOTr, naabot ng MRT-7 ang overall progress rate na 69.86% noong Abril 2024 pa.

Nabatid na target ng DOTr na maging operational ang unang 12 istasyon ng MRT-7, pagsapit ng Disyembre 2025.

“I saw the full speed construction and I'm very happy that they are completing the Quezon City leg of MRT-7 which will be operational at the end of 2025,” ayon kay Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista, sa isang pahayag nitong Biyernes.

“I am very much impressed with how San Miguel Infrastructure has constructed all the facilities and I'm sure with all your help and hard work we should be able to open this Quezon City leg of MRT-7."

Si Bautista, kasama si San Miguel Holdings Corp. vice president at chief finance officer Raoul Romulo, ay nabatid na nagsagawa ng inspeksiyon sa MRT-7 depot sa Station 6 (Batasan Station) nitong Huwebes.

Nabatid na ang MRT-7 ay may habang 22 kilometro at siyang magdudugtong sa Bulacan at Quezon City.

Ito ay binubuo ng 14 na istasyon na kinabibilangan ng Quezon North Avenue Joint Station, Quezon Memorial Circle, University Avenue, Tandang Sora, Don Antonio, Batasan, Manggahan, Doña Carmen, Regalado, Mindanao Avenue, Quirino, Sacred Heart, Tala, at San Jose del Monte.
