KAGABI ang awarding rites ng People of the Year ng People Asia magazine at marami ang nag-abang ng updates kung makakadalo ang isa sa mga awardee na si Kris Aquino. Last Sunday night, nalaman kasi ng Instagram followers niya na may sakit siya.

“The nerd in me researched because this is epic wrong timing. @peopleasia awarding is tomorrow (kagabi). Asked our Dr. @ayenuguid & he said this is the #1 health problem now. 

Symptoms: Viral gastroenteritis...”

Nakadetalye ang symptoms ng sakit at kung ano ang mga kinakailangang gawin, saka niya dinugtungan ng, “good night, to all those unhealthy like me, praying hard we all get better. #faith”

Ayon sa source namin, may fever si Kris kahapon pero nakahanda ang damit na tinahi ni Michael Leyva at back-up na Roland Mouret para sa awarding ceremony. Nakahanda rin ang barong na gawa ni Bang Pineda for Bimby.

Samantala, marami ang nag-like at nag-agree sa positivity post ni Kris na reaction sa mga taong namba-bash sa kanya.

“Noticed some people craving attention are throwing negativity my way... it made me realize this is the price of success, and yes -- it’s a small price to pay... I was never raised to be a coward, but my IQ is high enough to realize these are fights I can choose to engage in, or I can make better use of my time by continuing to build my empire... “(A few historical facts -- my dad “lost” only 1 election in his lifetime-- in 1978 during Martial Law while incarcerated. He won as mayor but got disqualified for being under age, won as vice governor, governor, then Senator.

My Mom ran once in her lifetime & became President. My brother had a perfect batting average, ran 3X for Congress, ran 1X for the Senate & ran 1X for the presidency and won all times. The point -- di ako pinalaki para magpatalo -- but I do know not all battles are worth fighting. So bashers, negas, and trolls I shall refrain from engaging & put my block button to good use).”
