Magkakatuwang na ipatutupad ng Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), at ng Insurance Commission ang kampanya na itaas ang kamalayan sa compulsory insurance ng overseas Filipino workers (OFW).

Nilagdaan nina OWWA Administrator Hans Leo Cacdac, POEA Officer-In-Charge Dominador Say, at Insurance Commissioner Dennis Funa, ang kasunduan na isasama sa Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) at Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) ang sub-module hinggil sa compulsory insurance benefits ng mga OFW mula sa kanilang recruitment agency.

Nakasaad sa Compulsory Insurance Coverage for Agency-Hired Workers na sakop ng compulsory insurance policy ang bawat migranteng manggagawa na ipinadala ng recruitment o manning agency. Alinsunod ito sa Section 37–A ng RA No. 8042, na inamyendahan ng RA No. 10022, o kilala bilang Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995.
