Sasampahan na ng kaso ng Office of the Ombudsman si Belison, Antique Mayor Darell Dela Flor dahil sa pagpapatupada sa isang hindi lisensiyadong sabungan noong 2011.
Nahaharap ngayon si Dela Flor sa paglabag sa Section 5(d) ng Presidential Decree 449 (Anti-Cockfighting Law).
Kasama rin sa kakasuhan sina Remy Escander, barangay chairman; at Larry Sebullen.
Sinasabing nagpatupada si Dela Flor sa isang hindi lisensiyadong sabungan sa Barangay Poblacion noong Marso 2011.

“Respondents were accused of violating P.D. No. 449 for sanctioning cockfighting activities in Barangays Sinaja and Poblacion in Belison, Antique despite the existence of a licensed cockpit in Barangay Maradiona. Under Section 5(d) of P.D. No. 449, cockfighting shall be allowed only in licensed cockpits during Sundays and legal holidays and during local fiestas for not more than three days,” ayon sa Ombudsman. (Rommel P. Tabbad)
