“We will face whatever case that will be filed against us,” sinabi ni Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista sa isang panayam sa radyo kahapon.

“If they want to file an impeachment complaint against us, that is their right as a citizen,” dagdag niya.

“What we are doing here is not easy...we do our best for us to have a credible elections. That is our goal,” aniya.

“What we are doing now is internally investigate what really happened. What were the safeguards in placed and how the hackers were able to penetrate it. We will come out with a public report to show the findings and if ever there are people that should be held responsible for this, they will be held liable,” sabi ni Bautista. “I really want to apologize for what happened. This is something that we dont want to happen.”

“Let us not say that it’s going to be unhackable because I think there is no system that is unhackable. But it would be very difficult to hack this election website,” ani Bautista.
