Nagdiwang ng kaniyang ika-15 “hatch day” nitong Biyernes, Marso 7, ang Philippine eagle na si “Viggo,” na nagsisilbing mukha ng ₱1,000 polymer banknote ng Pilipinas.
Sa isang Facebook post, binanggit ng Philippine Eagle Foundation (PEF) na taong 2010 nang mapisa si Viggo sa mundo.
“A captive-bred eagle, he is now the superstar of the Philippine Eagle Center,” anang PEF.

“He stands as the proud face of the country's ₱1,000 polymer banknote, reminding everyone of the Philippine Eagle as an endemic species,” dagdag nito.
Kasalukuyan daw na naninirahan si Viggo sa duplex enclosure kasama ang kapitbahay niyang si “Marikit.”
Dagdag ng PEF, bahagi si Viggo ng kanilang breeding program na naglalayong makatulong sa pag-secure ng mga Philippine eagle hanggang sa hinaharap.
“Viggo is housed in our duplex enclosure alongside his neighbor, Marikit. As a permanent resident at the center, he is a part of our breeding program, helping secure the future of his kind,” saad ng PEF.
Nagpasalamat din ang foundation sa Eagle Cement Corporation dahil sa patuloy daw nitong pagsuporta bilang adopter ni Viggo.
“You can visit us and join in our commitment to safeguarding the King of the Skies and the forests they call home! We can keep working toward a future where Philippine Eagles soar freely in the wild,” mensahe rin ng PEF sa publiko.
