“Right now Top Rank is looking at scheduling Jerwin again in late September until the end of October. Our plan was we were chasing Rungvisai, we wanted to unify with him, but he lost to Juan Estrada and now Estrada is the man,” sabi ni Gibbons sa GMANews.

Goodbye PBA? John Amores, tinanggalan na ng professional license!

“If you look at the top 115 pounders, it’s Estrada then Jerwin second, Yafai, of course Donnie Nietes is up there. The idea is to move forward to make the fight with Estrada, that’s what we told Top Rank,” diin ni Gibbons. “We really want to fight champions. Anybody with a belt that’s who we want to fight.”

“Jerwin has beaten guys, but people love unifications they love the best fighting the best. Right now Estrada is the man and that’s the guy we want to fight,” aniya.
