Pinag-aaralan pa ng Office of the President ang legal documents sa joint oil exploration ng Israeli firm na Ratio Petroleum at ng Pilipinas sa Palawan.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, wala pang napipirmahang dokumento para sa oil exploration. Gayunman, maituturing nang approved in principle ang kasunduan.
“Hindi po napirmahan. It is still for study of the Office of the President. But there is an agreement in principle. But the requirement is, it has to be in writing, signed by the President and reported to Congress,” ani Roque.
