Ipinasa ng House Committee on Higher and Technical Education ang panukalang lilikha ng technical working group (TWG) na pasama-samahin ang 50 panukalang batas sa edukasyon.
“Among the bills being considered are those giving scholarship to graduates of public schools; students belonging to the marginalized sector; senior citizens and indigenous peoples; those faithfully serving the country, such as teachers, PNP and AFP members, and their dependents; Filipino overseas graduate students; and those in highly technical or specialized courses like information and communications technology, medicine, midwifery, nuclear science and engineering,” pahayag ni Rep. Ann K. Hofer (2nd District, Zamboanga Sibugay), chairperson ng komite.
