Sinabi kahapon ni Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez na bubusisiin at rerepasuhin ng Kamara ang MOA (memorandum of agreement) sa common terminal linking o pag-iisa ng istasyon ng Light Railway Transit Line 1 at Metro Rail Transit Lines 1 at 7, na gagastusan ng gobyerno ng P2.8 bilyon.
Nilagdaan ang MOA noong Miyerkules nina Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade at Public Works Secretary Mark Villar, LRT Authority Administrator Reynaldo Berroya, SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SMPHI) executive chairman Hans Sy, Light Rail Manila Corp. vice chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan, San Miguel Corp. (SMC) president at chief operating officer Ramon Ang, at ng North Triangle Depot Commercial Corp. (NTDCC) na kinatawan ng Ayala Land Inc. vice chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala.
