Inanunsyo ng Malacañang na suspendido na ang pasok sa lahat ng government work offices sa bansa sa darating na Lunes, Disyembre 29, 2025 at Enero 2, 2026.
Ito ay ayon sa inilabas na Memorandum Circular No. 111 ng Palasyo nitong Huwebes, Disyembre 18, kung saan sinasaad na bibigyan ng oportunidad ang lahat ng empleyado ng gobyerno na ipagdiwang ang Bagong Taon.
Gayumpaman, ang lahat ng ahensya na responsable sa basic, vital, health services and preparedness—pati na rin ang mga nasa response duties—ay patuloy ang operasyon sa mga naturang petsa.
“The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads,” mababasa pa sa nasabing memorandum.
