“I think it’s about time that we call for Pastor Quiboloy na pumunta dito to answer our questions, our specific questions kasi Mr. Chair — siguro last time naman ni-request na natin ito eh — heads of agencies come here sa Congress para tayo ay sagutin sa mahahalaga nating tanong.
“I’d like to move that we, this committee rather issue a subpoena to Pastor Quiboloy to compel him to be present during the next hearing. And may we remind Atty. Mark Tolentino that after the subpoena, if Pastor Quiboloy does not appear, then we’ll be constrained to request for a warrant of arrest for him to appear here, or rather to move for a contempt order pero kung di pa rin siya sisipot, ‘yon na ‘yong warrant,” giit naman ni Committee vice-chairman Surigao del Sur Rep. Johnny Pimentel.
