Pabor na pabor ang mag-asawang Heart Evangelista at Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero sa prenup agreement, at sa katunayan, pumayag silang pumirma sa kasunduang ito.
Ibinahagi nila ito sa vlog na 'Adulting with Chiz' sa YouTube channel ni Heart, at isa sa mga napag-usapan nila ang paksa tungkol sa pera at ari-arian ng mga mag-asawa. Nauntag ni Heart ang mister kung may tips o payo ba itong maibabahagi sa mga mag-asawa tungkol sa usaping ito. At dito na nga lumutang ang prenup agreement, o mga kasunduan ng dalawang partido bago ikasal.
"Under the law, if you don’t enter into a prenup agreement, which we have, the property relations between husband and wife will be governed by what is called an absolute immunity of property," paliwanag ni Chiz.
"Ibig sabihin, what’s yours is mine, what’s mine is yours. Common lahat 'yun, pagsasamahin 'yun, unless you enter into a prenup agreement, and then you get to define your relationship."

"For those of you who doesn't understand how a prenup really works, some are afraid kasi, what if, knock, knock, knock, what if may masamang mangyari sa partner mo, hindi raw mapupunta sa kanila or sa family nila… in a prenup, it governs the property relations of husband and wife while they are still alive. If a spouse passes away, the rules of inheritance will govern. It says that your spouse will inherit from you."

Sey naman ni Heart, kahit na may prenup agreement ang mag-asawa, dapat pa rin daw magtulungan sa mga gastusin sa bahay, lalo na kung maayos pa naman ang relasyon ng mag-asawa at hindi naman naghiwalay.
"Yeah, hindi naman sa swapang-swapang kayong dalawa. I mean, you guys help each other pa rin."
"It’s just you don’t want to fight na, ‘Bakit ka bumili niyan? Ganyan, ganyan. If you can still provide for your wife even if you have a prenup or if you can still help your husband even if you have a prenup, it’s still the same."
"It is the same. It’s just a formality. In your case, hindi naman ikaw ang may gusto, eh," hirit ni Chiz sa kaniyang asawa.
Tanggap naman daw ni Heart na kaya rin pinush nila ang prenup agreement ay dahil magastos talaga siya.
"Hindi naman. Kahit wala naman tayong prenup, I’ll still say the same things over and over again. So there’s no difference really. It’s for the peace of mind of the people who asked you. Kaysa mawala ka naman, eh di pirma na ako sa prenup," paliwanag ni Chiz.
"Kasi noong kinasal kami meron kaming mga anak, may mga aso ako, siya din meron din siyang anak. So komplikado," saad naman ni Heart.
Ikinasal sina Heart at Chiz noong Pebrero 15, 2015 sa Balesin Island, Quezon. Kamakailan lamang ay sinunog ni Heart ang isang netizen na nagtanong sa kaniya kung bakit wala pa silang anak ni Chiz.
