AYAW na ni Dominique Cojuangco ng gulo, kaya siya na ang gumawa ng paraan para malinawan ng inang si Gretchen Barretto na walang ibang ibig sabihin ang younger sister ni Julia Barretto at anak ni Marjorie Barretto na si Claudia sa statement nitong “someone else” sa isang interview.

Post ni Gretchen: “I’m currently in Hong Kong for the weekend, I was hoping to enjoy but no matter what I do, I realize that I am hurting & in the process, I have deeply hurt the ones I love dearly... my daughter Dominique gave me a call yestersay to please reach out to Claui & understand her & forgive her, Claui is considered Dominique’s little sister & I consider clauia my very own child... Iam learning the very painful way that as a mother, we must be selfless, we must forgo hurt, disappointment, we must be more understanding & patient...we must ignore the pain that our children make us feel, we must embrace them through their flaws & love them UNCONDITIONALLY. I Do not want my claui to be bashed in any way...I beg for understanding & forgiveness from my Instagram followers for spreading hurt & bitterness on my post. I ask for forgiveness from claui for making her go through this hurt.”

Sumagot si Claudia sa post ni Gretchen: “Thank you for this post. I just want you to know that was I said was never meant to offend you nor disrespect you. It was maliciously and wrongfully viewed by the user who decided to take my comment largely out of context. As you know, I’m only starting my career and have yet to truly showcase my intelligence. It’s difficult to do that now because of how nervous I can get sometimes when I’m asked questions. I have yet to get used to it and have yet to learn how to use the correct words. However, I still believe that what I said was not wrong. I hope you see the video, mama.”

May mga naluha sa exchange of posts ng magtita na for sure matagal nang hindi nagkikita dahil sa matagal nang war nina Gretchen at Marjorie. Nalamang “mama” ang tawag ni Claui kay Gretchen at anak pa rin ang turing ni Gretchen sa pamangkin.

Kaya lang, kumbaga, the damage has been done dahil sa bugso ng damdamin ni Gretchen, may na-post siya na hindi dapat. May nasabi siyang “the someone else (me) that Claudia is referring to happen to give her a safe home for a few good years until her Tita Claudine took over (put her to school) gave her a comfortable life.”

May binanggit pang pangalan si Gretchen na malaki raw ang naitulong kina Claui. Kaya lang huwag na natin siyang isali sa isyu dahil hindi naman siya kasali. Ang ikinatuwa lang ng mga nakabasa sa post ni Grectchen at post ni Claui, parang may pag-asa pang magkaayos ang mga Barretto dahil pamilya pa rin ang turingan nila sa isa’t isa.
