“We request that netizens should stop sharing or reposting the document. As of now, there is no evidence or information gathered that would confirm the content of the report,” sabi ni NCRPO Director Oscar Albayalde.

“However, like any other report we receive, the PNP is not taking the information for granted. We have strengthened our target hardening measures in all fronts down to the police precint level,” ani Albayalde. “In NCRPO, we maintained our full alert status to ensure the accounting and maximum presence of our policemen in the streets and places of convergence particularly malls.”

“Police Regional Office Cordillera, together with the officers of SM conducted a joint investigation and it was confirmed that this message is a hoax. The information did not come from SM officer,” sabi ni PRO-Cordillera Director Chief Supt. Elmo Francis Sarona.

Sinegundahan ito ng opisyal na pahayag ng SM: “The information being re-circulated has been verified to be a hoax thru a joint investigation of our company and the local PNP in several areas. Moreover, the said information did not come from any SM Officer.” (Bella Gamotea at Aaron Recuenco)
