“For the first 100 days, roll out TSEKAP [Tamang Serbisyo sa Kalusugan ng Pamilya] and outpatient benefit package to the poorest 20 million Filipinos. We will seek out the poorest and we will provide check up and drugs if they are needed,” ayon kay Ubial.
“Ang tinitingnan namin of course is physical examination, kung may mga hairlip makita, kung may mga bukol operahan sila and then ‘yong complete blood count (CBC), blood tests, urinalysis, and fecalysis, BP taking and fasting blood sugar. So very basic but the most important thing there is parang may connection na all the poor that are identify will have a connection with the health facility,” ayon pa kay Ubial.
