Nagbabala ang Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sa publiko laban sa pagbili ng mga hindi rehistradong slimming coffee at walong drug product na ibinebenta sa bansa.
Tinukoy ng FDA ang produkto bilang ang Bavarian Brew Slimming Coffee, na ginagawa ng Diamond Laboratories sa Quezon City.
“The abovementioned product pose potential danger or injury to the consuming public and the importation, selling or offering for sale of such is in direct violation of Republic Act No. 9711 or the Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009,” saad sa advisory ng FDA.
Ayon sa FDA, ang registration number sa label ng produkto ay para sa Bavarian Brew Tea at hindi para sa slimming coffee.

Inatasan ng FDA ang mga field regulatory operations officer nito “to seize the aforementioned unregistered product found in the market.”
Nagbabala rin ang ahensiya laban sa paggamit ng walong hindi rehistradong drug product na “pose potential danger or injury to the consuming public”, kabilang ang Liversinl Capsule, Albendazole Tablet, Huang Lian Su Tablet, Clobetasol Propionate Cream, Trochisci Piperazini Phospatis Tablet, Zhang Yan Ming Pian Tablet, Intasin Capsule at Superior Fu Fang Jin Qian Chao Pill. - Jonathan Hicap
