WAGI ng fourth place o third runner-up ang Pinoy singer na si Marcelito Pomoy sa second season ng America’s Got Talent (AGT): The Champions.

Matatandaang pinahanga ni Marcelito ang mga hurado na sina Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, at Alesha Dixon sa kanyang rendisyon ng finale number na Beauty And The Beast.

Matapos ang pagkapanalo ni Marcelito, sinamahan siya ng kanyang asawa sa stage upang magpasalamat sa lahat ng mga tao na suporta sa singer.

“We just want to say thank you, thank you so much for everybody. This is a big, big opportunity for him,” pagbabahagi ni Joan Paraiso.

Muli rin pinuri ni Heidi ang Pinoy singer anew.

“Marcelito, I love you so much, you have the most beautiful voice. Well, I should actually say the most beautiful voices inside of you. You’re champion. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with all of us.”

Samantala, ilang oras bago i-ere ang grand finals, ibinahagi ni Marcelito ang kanyang saloobin sa kanyang “AGT: The Champions” journey.

“Tomorrow (Today) is judgment day… Please don’t forget to watch the finale tomorrow (today).. there will still be an encore so I will be performing one more song together with the other contestants… We are 10 grand finalists and from the 10 contestants.. 5 will be eliminated then the other 5 will be ranked from top 1 to 5 but only one will win.. Only one will bring home the trophy and the $20,000 grand prize…,” pagsisimula ng singer.

Dagdag pa ni Marcelito, nais niyang mapanood ng kanyang mga fans ang kanyang finale performance.

“As what I am always saying… Win or Lose I know that I am already a champion because in your hearts.. I know that we won already.. We raised our Filipino Flag and represented our country to the best that I can be.. My dream has already been a reality with a bonus.. It is to be able to perform not just once, twice or thrice but there will be a fourth time tomorrow on one of the biggest competition in the whole world… America’s Got Talent the Champions Edition.. Grand winner ng “AGT: The Champions” ngayong season ang Indian acrobatic dance group na V. Unbeatable, na sinundan ng trapeze pair Duo Transcend, violinist Tyler Butler-Figueroa, habang ang fifth place ay nakuha ng Sandou Trio Russian Bar.
