SA unang araw ng panunungkulan bilang Mayor ng Pasig City ni Vico Sotto ay kaagad niyang nilagdaan ang memorandum circular na nagsu-suspend sa Odd and Even scheme sa nasabing lungsod.
Pero bago ang lahat ay ikinuwento ni Mayor Vico ang simula ng umaga niya.

At dahil si Mayor Vico ang pinakabatang nahalal bilang Ama ng isang lungsod ay tinawag siyang ‘Babe Mayor’ ng isang iskolar na humihiling na sana ay madagdagan ang kanilang allowance.
Aliw ang naging sagot ni “babe mayor” dahil sa oras na tawagin daw siya ulit na ganito ay kakaltasan niya ng P500 ang allowance ng nasabing iskolar.
Tulad ng kanyang ama ay komedyante rin si Vico pero siyempre hindi nga lang siya showbiz sabi nga niya, “Akala yata ng ibang tao naging very prim and proper ako bigla. ‘Di nila alam na may stiff neck lang kasi ako.”
Sa edad na 30 ay walang nagmamay-ari ng puso ni Mayor Vico dahil uunahin muna niya ang kanyang obligasyon bilang public servant ng mga Pasigueños.
