Inaasahan ng isang miyembro ng Kamara na magtatalaga ang Malacañang ng “national anti-red tape czar” matapos magsumite ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) ng implementing rules and regulations (IRR) sa Ease of Doing Business (EODB) law.

“Now that we have the IRR of the law in place, I am optimistic President [Rodrigo Duterte] will name soon enough the national anti-red tape czar who would take charge of streamlining the tedious, and oftentimes, redundant, procedures and requirements across the bureaucracy that have burdened people and businesses alike,” sinabi ni Camarines Sur 2nd district Rep. LRay Villafuerte, isa sa co-authors ng EODB law sa House of Representatives.
