“Our target is to have the bill approved by first week of November in the committee, then it will be sent to the House Committee on Appropriations for funding and will be forwarded back to us, then we will endorse it for approval on second reading. We hope that by mid-December, it will be approved on third and final reading,” ayon kay Catanduanes Rep. Cesar Sarmiento, chairman ng House Committee on Transportation.

Kapag nakapasa na sa Kamara, makikipag-usap umano ang mga kongresista kay Senator Grace Poe para bilisan ang pagsasabatas ng panukala.

Labingdalawang ‘emergency power’ bills ang hinihimay ng Technical Working Group (TWG).
