Magbubukas ang Department of Labor and Employment ng 24/7 service hotline upang mabigyan ng agarang impormasyon at kasagutan ang mga manggagawa, inihayag ni Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III.
“The hotline will respond to all pertinent queries and complaints of workers, employers, and other sectors,” aniya.
Ang 24/7 hotline ay magbibigay din ng impormasyon tungkol sa mga bakanteng trabaho dito at sa ibang bansa, update at serbisyo ng DOLE at mga sangay nitong ahensiya, kabilang ang Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) at Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). (Mina Navarro)
