Inihayag ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque nitong Huwebes ng gabi, Nobyembre 4, na inaprubahan ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) ang de-escalation ng National Capital Region (NCR) mula alert level 3 patungo sa alert level 2.
“This (alert level 2) shall take effect beginning tomorrow, Nov. 5, 2021 until Nov. 21, 2021,” sinabi ni Roque sa isang pahayag sa Malacanang reporters.
“Also approved is the recommendation of the sub-Technical Working Group on Data Analytics to base the alert level assignments on data that is nearest to the implementation date,” dagdag pa niya.
Aniya simula Disyembre 1, 2021, tutukuyin lahat ng alert levels tuwing ika-15 at ika-30 ng buwan.
“Escalations, on the other hand, may be done at any time in the middle of the implementation period as warranted while de-escalations can only be done at the end of the two-week assessment period,” ani Roque.
“The IATF likewise directed the National Task Force Against COVID-19 (NTF), together with the Regional Task Forces and Regional IATFs, to provide weekly feedback on the progress and implementation on all areas identified for Alert Level System roll-out to the IATF,” dagdag pa niya.
Sinabi rin ni Roque na inamyendahanna rin ng IATF ang Guidelines sa implementasyon ng Alert Levels System para COVID-19 response sa pilot areas upang mabigyang linaw ang mga magiging galawan ng mga tao sa ilalim ng alert levels.
