Inaasahang haharapin ni Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director Gen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa ang mga mambabatas bukas, Martes, upang tiyakin sa kanila na ang ikalawang sargo ng kampanya ng gobyerno laban sa droga ay nakatuon lamang sa mga big-time drug personality, mga sindikato at mga tiwaling pulis, at hindi sa mga inosenteng sibilyan.
Inaasahan ng House Committee on Public Order and Safety, na pinamumunuan ni Antipolo City Rep. Romeo Acop, ang pagdalo ni Dela Rosa sa briefing ng panel kaugnay ng “Oplan Double Barrel, Reloaded” ni Pangulong Duterte ngayong Martes.
“The committee will hold a meeting this Tuesday on the Oplan Double Barrel, Reloaded. Gen. dela Rosa will face us to brief and explain the nationwide anti-drug campaign of President Duterte,” ani Acop, dating comptroller officer sa PNP.
“We want know directly from Gen. dela Rosa if the Oplan Double Barrel, Reloaded will really help rid the national police of scalawags who extort money from their victims during operations and if this would be a bloodless campaign,” sabi ni Acop.

Una nang ipinaliwanag ni Dela Rosa na puntirya sa pagbabalik ng kampanya kontra droga ang mga “high-value target” o mga “big-time drug personalities and groups” at mga tiwaling pulis. (Charissa M. Luci)
