Inihalimbawa ni Villanueva sina Reynaldo Caseres at Dolrich Alpeche, kapwa lumaki sa Negros Oriental. Kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho si Casera sa Australia at sumasahod ng P228,000 kada buwan habang si Alpeche ay nasa Canada na may sahod na P112,000 kada buwan.
